My name is Greg. I’ve had one of those checkered careers you hear so much about. I was a medic in the military. I spent a few years as a counselor in the Psychiatric/Security Unit of a prison for women. I worked as a private investigator specializing in criminal defense for several years. I taught criminology and sociology at a couple of universities. Now I’m a writer and a photographer.

When not banging away at my own work, I spend my time as the Managing Editor of Utata, the online photography journal. I can be reached at: editor@utata.org.

All the images that appear on this blog are faux Polaroids created by using the Poladroid application. You may be wondering why I shoot faux Polaroids. You may also be wondering where you can find the Poladroid application.
